The Floating Cinema, Mov’in Boat, has been the talk of the town since launch earlier this summer. The event is facing high demand, selling every single ticket available and reaching a 100% occupancy rate.
Given the massive success, the Mov’in Boat team is extending the event until the end of March, for Sydney-siders to enjoy more outdoor entertainment this summer. Rowboats are also now available for those who’d like to go for a paddle in the harbour.
With the Covid-19 pandemic, festivals have become a rare catch, but to offer some respite Mov’in Boat has partnered with the FreshFlix Film Festival for a unique celebration of Australian cinema on Feb 18.
To be held at Mov’in Boat Floating Cinema, the 9th edition of Freshflix will feature a dozen of short-movies films by emerging Aussie film makers, for 4 hours of short indie movies, arts, live music, awards ceremonies and good food on the water.
