‘Girls coming forward to receive education a sign of new renaissance’

Girls are making their presence felt in every sector now a days and carving out a niche for themselves besides crossing new milestones, said Food, Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs and Forest Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak while addressing a gathering during a function today at Guru Nanak University College in Narot Jaimal Singh.

The Minister also reiterated that the ground of the college would be leveled so as to make it fit for carrying out sporting activities in order to enable the budding players to hone their skills and make the country proud in the sporting arena.

On the occasion, the minister lauded the management of the college for the fact that out of the students attaining education in the College, 70 percent comprise girls which is a symbol of new renaissance in the society.
