e-auction of GMADA’s commercial, residential properties in Mohali

The Punjab Government has provided an opportunity to the people to purchase property on the occasion of Navratri and Dussehra festivals. The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is conducting e-auction of more than 100 sites for IT, hotel, hospital, industrial, commercial and residential at Mohali, New Chandigarh and Rajpura. The e-auction was started at 9 am on October 10 and would end at 1 pm on October 26, 2020.

Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson said that 55 booths, 6 SCO/ SCF, 2 industrial plots, 9 IT plots, 20 residential plots, 3 hotels, 1 school and 2 Hospital sites are available in the e-auction. Apart from this, 1 petrol pump, 5 commercial sites and 3 group housing sites would also put on auction. The GMADA has fixed the base price of these properties and for more information interested persons can visit the official website www.puda.e-auctions.in
