Chandigarh NGO distributes mobile phones to students for continuing online classes

During the Covid pandemic, the unprivileged or poor students have been one of the worst sufferers. It is the need of the bhour taht poor children are able to continue their education online just as the other privileged ones.

The Mantav Welfare Society has come forward to help them in these distressing times. Smartphones were distributed at Government Model School Sector 21 Chandigarh by Mantav Welfare Society.  Founder of Mantav welfare Society Arshpreet Singh said that education is one of the most important needs of modern world so unprivileged students also need good education and smart technologies for development of our country.

Co-founder Nitika said that all children in India have right to education if education is delivered by smartphones then its our duty to come out and help those students who are not able to buy smartphones. Principal Government Model School Sector 21 Chandigarh Sukhpal Kaur along and Cluster Resource Coordinator Dr. Gagandeep Kaur were also present on the occasion.
