Brisbane female jockey fighting for life after fall in NSW race

A promising Brisbane jockey is fighting for life after falling off a horse during a race.
Leah Kilner, 24, is in a critical condition after the racing accident on Sunday.
She was racing in the NSW town of Grafton, and was 100 metres from the finish line when she went down with her horse, at speed.

Her family was there watching the race when the accident happened.
Kilner was airlifted to the Princess Alexandria Hospital in Brisbane.
She’s in a coma and has undergone surgery.
In February she posted on Instagram that she had broken ribs in a fall.
