A crash involving up to 15 cars has caused major traffic delays heading into the Brisbane CBD this morning amid wet weather.
The major pile-up happened on the Pacific Highway northbound at Greenslopes around 6 am and has seen people face up to four-hour delays.
The Queensland Ambulance Service said six injured people had been taken to hospital, while seven others had been assessed for their injuries.
One is understood to have been trapped in their car with a knee injury.
Queensland Police Senior Sergeant Todd Sucic said no one was seriously injured.
“There were a few people injured as a result of this traffic accident and they’ve been taken to local hospitals for observations and treatment but there were no serious injuries fortunately.”
Commuters heading into Brisbane have been warned to expect long delays as a result of the accident, which blocked the Juliette Street exit at Greenslopes.
Motorists were being diverted off at Gaza Road.
